The goal

To develop an affordable and integrated housing complex in the heart of Nufringen, providing high-quality living spaces that balance sustainability, modern comfort, and a strong connection to the traditional character of Nufringen. By combining energy-efficient construction (KfW Efficiency House 40 QNG standard) with thoughtful architectural design, the project aims to create a vibrant and accessible community that meets contemporary housing needs while fostering a sense of belonging and long-term value for both residents and investors.

The project has a total of 24 apartments ranging from 42 to 103 m². Situated just a three-minute walk from the S-Bahn station, the complex offers both underground and outdoor parking options. The project emphasizes sustainability through features such as heat pumps, high-quality insulation materials, and a rooftop photovoltaic system supplying communal electricity.
