The goal

To create an affordable and well-integrated housing complex in the heart of Nufringen, offering high-quality living spaces that combine sustainability, modern comfort, and a strong connection to the town’s traditional character. With a focus on energy-efficient construction (KfW Efficiency House 40 standard) and thoughtful architectural design, the development provides a vibrant and inclusive residential environment that meets contemporary housing needs while ensuring long-term value for both residents and investors.

Located just a short walk from the S-Bahn station, the complex features 25 apartments ranging from 34 to 114 m². Designed with sustainability in mind, it incorporates heat pumps, high-performance insulation, and a rooftop photovoltaic system that supplies communal electricity. Additionally, the project offers both underground and outdoor parking, enhancing convenience for residents and investors.
